I’ve built a simple, transparent process that keeps you involved and informed at every stage. From our first chat to the final files, you’ll always know what’s happening next.

Discovery
We’ll start with an informal intro to chat about your vision, goals, and what you need from the project. I’ll send over a briefing questionnaire to dig a little deeper, and once the 50% deposit is received (via bank transfer or PayPal), we’re all set to kick things off.
Research
Once I’ve received your completed questionnaire, I’ll get stuck into the research. I’ll explore your competitors, market, and inspiration, and then create moodboards to explore visual directions. You’ll review these and sign off on the style that feels right.
Creation
With a clear direction in place, I’ll move into the design phase, sketching out concepts and building visuals based on your brief. You’ll be presented with the strongest concept once everything’s in a good place and ready to share.
Refine
This stage is all about collaboration. I’ll take your feedback and make any necessary revisions, then develop the rest of your brand assets to match. Once everything feels aligned, I’ll present the final designs to you for approval.
Finalise
Once you’re 100% happy, we’ll get everything wrapped up. The remaining balance is paid, and you’ll receive a full brand guidelines document plus a tidy file package with everything you need to launch with confidence.
